Loft was hired by Tillage, an online agricultural wholesale market, to develop an online trading platform. The platform was designed to allow farmers to post their produce online for businesses to order. Loft's proposal and interview process impressed Tillage, leading to their selection for the project. The end product is a web application that allows users to post quantities and specifications of agricultural products. The Loft team that worked on this project consisted of one designer, two back-end developers, and two front-end developers.
Loft was also contracted by Mobicast, a digital advertising agency in Uganda, to develop a more dynamic and responsive website. Mobicast selected Loft based on their search for website development agencies in Uganda, with Loft appearing among the top sites. The project required a highly visual website with features like a WhatsApp contact button, geo tags for all digital board locations, and an admin panel. The team from Loft that worked on this project included the team lead, head of design, CTO, and a legal advisor.
