LOCAL was hired by an airline to position a new department within the organization. The aim was to articulate a unique value proposition to internal business partners. The project involved creating a customer metaphor for the department, defining core values, developing a positioning statement, and identifying a new name for the team. The LOCAL team conducted a one-day workshop with six participants from the department, focusing on exercises that defined their identity and purpose. The project was successful in aligning the department's positioning and turning stakeholders into advocates.

LOCAL was engaged by Dentsu, a marketing and advertising agency, to implement a people-based approach to change during a cloud migration project.
