LOCAL partnered with Exos, a wellness and fitness company, to create an internal launch strategy for the new EXOS brand. The LOCAL team utilized proven research methods and a collaborative strategic process to deliver actionable insight and audience segmentation. The results included insights and employee research, an employee survey, video interviews, insight analysis and readout, key messaging, and a final communications roadmap for Exos to follow. The Exos internal communications team worked directly with LOCAL's core team of account managers and reported satisfactory results.

LOCAL was hired by Dentsu, a marketing and advertising agency, to implement a people-based approach to change. The goal was to transition 2500+ staff from the existing media management/ERP system to a new cloud-based SAAS solution. LOCAL conducted a change readiness assessment, developed key audience models using personas, created a communications strategy, provided ongoing support on key communications, and conducted ongoing measurement and analysis. The project was successful, with effective communication and advocacy leading to a smooth transition.

LOCAL worked with an airline company to develop a unique value proposition for a newly created department. The objective was to explain why the department exists and how it delivers effective work for its people and business. LOCAL conducted a one-day workshop, focusing on defining the department's core values, positioning statement, audience, and name. The workshop was attended by leaders of each function within the department and resulted in a clear and aligned positioning for the department.
