Load.Me

Load.Me was hired by Domonet, an Internet service provider based in Ukraine and Poland, to design and implement a website for their end clients. Domonet, with over 10,000 clients, required a web solution that integrated with their existing billing and CRM system. Load.Me, with its relevant experience in the telecom industry, full team, and affordable rates, was chosen for the project. The project was divided into two main phases. The initial phase involved design implementation, project architecture implementation, and designing interfaces for integration with the billing and CRM system. The deliverables from this phase included website designs in Figma, an architecture document, and an interface contract for the integrations. The second phase was the implementation phase which involved project setup, implementation of HTML layouts and templates, backend implementation, QA, and launch. The deliverables from this phase were a launched site based on provided design layouts and code in the git repository. The second part of the implementation phase involved billing and CRM integration, which allowed functionality for payments and tracking in Domonet's billing system and integration with their CRM system. The main technologies used were PHP, Symfony 4, MySql, HTML, CSS, JS, and CRM API. The team from Load.Me included a lead developer, a PHP backend developer, a front end developer, and a designer.
