Lizard Global

Lizard Global partnered with TIME dotCom, a leading Malaysian telecommunications network & solutions provider, to develop a digital solution to combat the issue of scam calls. The team, comprised of a Product Owner, Designer, Development team, Commercial Director, and Business Strategist, was able to establish a clear initial direction for the project goals, solution design, and development. The engagement was initiated based on strong recommendations from other business owners in Malaysia and is currently ongoing.

In another project, Lizard Global collaborated with Airturb, a company focused on creating sustainable energy solutions using wind turbines. The challenge was to develop a software solution that would provide customers with information about energy generation and wind turbines. Lizard Global successfully created a customer-centric application and completed the first phase of the project, with the second phase set to commence the following month.

Lizard Global also worked with ELFI, a company offering services for buying, developing, and renting mid-market sustainable apartments in the Netherlands. The collaboration aimed to develop and market an MVP to establish a solid customer base in the short term, and build a long-term partnership with Lizard Global as a flexible development layer and technical strategic partner. The team built a prototype and an MVP with essential features, ensuring continuous alignment with end-user needs. The project is currently ongoing, with the pre-launch of the MVP of a white-label platform.
