Liven

The project was divided into two phases: planning and design, and code development. The deliverables included a high fidelity system prototype, a roadmap, partial reports of the development, and the fully functioning system in production. The Aterapia team worked mainly with Liven's Product Owner and Tech Lead, with interactions with the designer and other developers.

For an energy trading company, Liven was hired to create a web portal with a set of functionalities. The goal was to improve back-office activities and provide access to clients. The scope of work included automating viability studies and integrating the system with others. The project began with a discovery phase, followed by a delivery phase. The main goal was to build a viability study effortlessly. The energy company worked with a squad from Liven, which included a product owner and three developers.

Liven was hired by a car negotiation services provider to improve their system's overall quality and implement a large and complex feature. The goal was to reduce the load time and launch the new feature for clients. The scope of work included improving the code quality, updating to newer technologies, and implementing a "best price assured" functionality with integrated payment.
