Lively

Lively was hired by the Global Council for Innovation in Rapeseed and Canola (GCIRC) to organize an online conference. The conference focused on major issues crucial to the future of rapeseed/canola. The goal was to ensure guest speakers could comfortably access the conference platform, rehearse, and deliver their speeches. Additionally, time was allocated for networking among participants. Lively was selected for their quick response, detailed offer, and patient explanation of various platform functionalities and services. They also provided a small discount to fit the budget.

The scope of work involved creating a project schedule, providing weekly updates, preparing the conference platform, and organizing speaker rehearsals. Lively provided ready-made forms for data entry, sent invitations via MS Teams, and spent ample time with each speaker to make them feel safe. They prepared detailed instructions and a tutorial on how to navigate the platform. On the day of the event, a fast-responsive technical chat and a Whatsapp group were available for immediate issue resolution. Post-event, Lively provided a comprehensive statistics report.

The feedback process was smooth due to constant communication via phone, email, and a joint team on MS Teams. Lively was appreciated for their quick responses and honesty with customers. The main contacts were Michał, the Event manager, and Szymon. Overall, Lively successfully executed the project, meeting all objectives and ensuring a smooth and well-coordinated event.
