Litchi Solutions was hired by PR imballaggi srl, a manufacturer and supplier of customized corrugated cardboard packaging solutions, to create a tailored production management system. The system was designed to centralize operational data, track real-time performance on the shop floor, and streamline communication between departments. Litchi Solutions was chosen for their proximity, budget-friendly pricing, company culture, and value for cost. A team of 2-5 employees was assigned to the project. The scope of work involved a full digitalization initiative aimed at improving efficiency, visibility, and accuracy of production processes. This included an in-depth analysis of existing workflow, design of an optimized operational framework, and development of a custom digital system aligned with the company's manufacturing needs. The system allows for real-time tracking of production activities, more efficient order management, and centralization of critical data.
