Link Development

Link Development provided software development services for FLOW Progressive Logistic, a logistics and supply chain brand. Their task included software implementation, customization, and integration. They worked on three projects, including fully developing CRM solutions in Ukraine and Saudi Arabia. The team comprised of 40 members, including project managers and technicians, and the project cost $3 million. The collaboration lasted from August 2018 to January 2021.

In another project, Link Development provided custom software development services for the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, a healthcare services organization. They started with a software quality check project, then developed two different software solutions, and last year, they developed three more solutions. They continue to support the operations team. The technology stack used included Microsoft Dynamics CRM for backend development and HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for frontend development. The team consisted of seven people who worked physically in the client's building. The project cost between $2.5 million and $3 million and started in June 2018, with subsequent projects in 2019 and 2021. The engagement is still ongoing.

Link Development worked with the Islamic Development Bank, an NGO, to build a flexible hosting system for their website. The website was built on SharePoint and had several APIs, web services, and integrations. The architecture was 70% supported on cloud servers, had e-commerce capabilities, and contained 2-3 mobile apps and a payment gateway. Link Development is now responsible for the infrastructure, maintenance, and support of the system. The team interacted daily with a project manager and occasionally with the head of the Riyadh branch and the CEO. The project cost more than $500,000 and started in January 2019. The contract is still ongoing and due for renewal.
