Link Development partnered with FLOW Progressive Logistic to provide software development services, specifically focusing on software implementation, customization, and integration. The team worked on three projects, including fully developing CRM solutions in Ukraine and Saudi Arabia. Approximately 40 team members were involved in the project, which lasted from August 2018 to January 2021. The client invested $3 million in the project.

The Islamic Development Bank engaged Link Development for cloud consulting and SI services. The project aimed to build a flexible hosting system for the NGO's website, which experiences significant traffic fluctuations throughout the year. The website, built on SharePoint, features multiple APIs, web services, and integrations. Link Development is now responsible for the infrastructure, maintenance, and support of the system. The project started in January 2019 and is still ongoing, with the client planning to renew the contract. The client has invested more than $500,000 in the project so far.

The Saudi Commission for Health Specialties collaborated with Link Development for custom software development. The team initially assisted with a software quality check project, then developed two different software solutions the following year. In 2021, they developed three more solutions and continue to support the client's operations team. The technology stack included Microsoft Dynamics CRM for backend development and HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for frontend development. The client invested between $2.5 million and $3 million in the project, which started in June 2018 and is still ongoing.
