Lineate

Lineate was hired by Sovrn, an advertising software company, to maintain their bidding platform and implement machine learning algorithms for traffic management. The team of 2-5 employees from Lineate provided support for Sovrn's primary ad exchange and Open RTB platform, which handles tens of billions of requests per day. They were initially brought on for maintenance and repair but quickly took on more responsibilities, including refactoring code and integrating machine learning models for traffic shaping. The client was pleased with Lineate's work, citing their affordable pricing, cultural fit, and good value for cost as reasons for their satisfaction.

Moove.ai, a DaaS company specializing in contextualizing raw automotive movement data, engaged Lineate to develop their Google cloud infrastructure and software. The project involved ingesting, managing, and processing billions of records from streaming and real-time sources, and batch processing the data with ML/AI pipelines to produce a derivative product. The 2-5 employees from Lineate assigned to this project were selected for their high ratings, cultural fit, good value for cost, and alignment with Moove.ai's company values.

InnVest Hotels, Canada's largest hotel owner and operator, hired Lineate to develop their data lake house in the AWS environment and to establish their data architecture. The team from Lineate, consisting of data architects, solution architects, QA specialists, a project lead, a sales team, and a data director, also provided some data visualization services. The engagement, which began in May 2023 and is ongoing, has so far cost InnVest Hotels around $400,000. Future work may include data science-related tasks and AI implementations.
