Highlights from Recent Projects
Lightstone Labs was hired by PLMP Blockchain PTE LTD, a Singapore-based IT development company specializing in blockchain technology, to design and develop a cryptocurrency exchange. The company had previously built an in-house solution, which suffered from issues with stability, security, and scalability. Lightstone Labs was chosen for its expertise in the domain and its ability to integrate quickly and securely with existing systems. The team of six, composed of an architect, project manager, three developers, and a devops, built the entire web application end-to-end, with specific customizations. The project was successful and the exchange is now a core application for the business.
Lightstone Labs was contracted by MSMEx, a micro-advisory platform for small businesses, to enhance the performance and user experience of their existing web app and develop functionalities to reduce manual intervention. The team used React.js on the front end and Vue.js on the back end, among other technologies, to provide development support for the web app, its back end, security, and debugging. The project, which cost between $30,000 and $40,000, ran from November 2019 to April 2020 and successfully improved the functionality and user experience of the web app.
An agritech startup hired Lightstone Labs to integrate an open-source ERP system, develop a web application, and add two other key features to their existing mobile application. The goal was to create an integrated farm procurement system. The team, composed of a project manager, a full-stack developer, and a mobile developer, used Django, Kotlin, and ReactJs technologies to deliver the project. Lightstone Labs was chosen for their ability to take ownership of the product and their reputation for quality development. The project was successful and the integrated farm procurement system is now fully functional.
