LightSpeed Automation worked on a project for RaceDayQuads, an RC and multi-rotor drone company that had rapidly expanded its warehouse output from $600,000 to over $1,000,000. The company needed assistance in handling this growth in terms of order accuracy and picking and packing efficiency. LightSpeed Automation stepped in to introduce a better Point of Sale (POS) system. They installed their proprietary LightSpeed POS and integrated it into RaceDayQuads' Shopify webshop. This significantly improved the logistics side of the client's warehouse operations. Despite not doing much tailored work, LightSpeed Automation ensured that the client was well-equipped to use the system. The project was completed in two months, starting from February 2019, and the client had access to technical support whenever needed. The project successfully enhanced the client's scalability, efficiency, and order accuracy.
