Lighthouse was engaged by a bank to scale their UX/UI design across their digital channels. The bank's in-house designers lacked the necessary expertise, so Lighthouse initially provided design training and assisted with UX/UI design for all digital channels. They also coached and mentored the bank's designers, from interns to senior designers, and reviewed their UX/UI designs. A significant portion of their work was dedicated to the bank's mobile application, which they primarily designed in Figma. The bank has invested $800,000 in this ongoing partnership that started in January 2020.

Raven E-tutor, a company providing one-on-one tutoring to students, hired Lighthouse to design a new user-friendly and intuitive UI for their website to enhance the overall UX. Lighthouse conducted user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing, and created a high-fidelity prototype of the new UI. They also delivered a detailed design specification document that included all of the visual and functional requirements for the new UI. The project, which had a budget of $75,000, was completed in 6 weeks.

A recruitment and career development platform hired Lighthouse to redesign their website based on a new and improved operating model. Lighthouse redesigned the website and collaborated on part of the frontend development using Ruby on Rails.
