Lickability was contracted by Aloe Bud, a self-care reminder app, to develop a fully functional iOS application. The founder of Aloe Bud had the concept and design for the app, but lacked the technical skills needed for its development. Lickability translated the concept into Swift, Apple's programming language, and made the app available for download on the App Store. The project, which began in April 2017 and ended in March 2018, cost between $50,000 and $75,000. Although there are currently no ongoing projects, the two companies are still technically working together.

For the nonprofit Mastodon, a decentralized social media platform, Lickability was hired to design the UI/UX of their native mobile apps. The design process was a collaborative effort, with Lickability's product designer having creative control over the look of the apps. The initial prototypes were completed and the collaboration is still ongoing since February 2021. The investment for this project was around $125,000.

The Atlantic, a multi-platform publisher, engaged Lickability to redesign and relaunch their mobile app. The team developed the app in native iOS code using Swift and added several key features that differentiated The Atlantic from its competitors. These features included a screen showing a curated look at five must-read stories of the day, access to crossword puzzles, and the ability to save articles for offline reading. The project, which cost between $1.5 million and $2 million, began in March 2017 and ended in March 2022. After the app was live, Lickability continued to work with The Atlantic for another two years to further improve it.
