Highlights from Recent Projects
LeverUP was employed by an anonymous manufacturing company to implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization for their global websites. The project, which was completed by a team of 2-5 LeverUP employees, included deployment, testing and quality assurance, and rollout. LeverUP was chosen for their high ratings, affordable pricing, and a referral from a trusted source. The speed and quality of the implementation were praised, demonstrating LeverUP's deep knowledge of Marketing Cloud Personalization.
Bite Group, a telecommunications company in Latvia, engaged LeverUP for ongoing support and issue resolution for their Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) environment. The aim was to ensure the stability and reliability of their SFMC operations, streamline campaign execution, and receive expert guidance on platform-related questions and technical challenges. LeverUP's team, consisting of 2-5 employees, was responsible for resolving platform issues, troubleshooting sendout or automation errors, managing data extensions, and providing guidance on best practices for segmentation, personalization, and data flows. The results were timely resolution of issues, implementation of fixes and optimizations within SFMC, and proactive recommendations to improve platform performance and campaign efficiency.
CGI, an IT and business consulting services company, hired LeverUP to assist with Salesforce development. The LeverUP team of around six consultants conducted a comprehensive assessment of CGI's Pardot configuration, focusing on segmentation management, exclusion and suppression management, roles and permissions setup, email creation capabilities per role, and legal and compliance requirements. The project resulted in an extensive overview of the current setup, areas of improvement, urgency, and expected impact. LeverUP delivered written assessments, process guides, and configuration documents, and worked on architecture, business process redesign, assessments on current tooling, and future roadmap recommendations. The engagement began in January 2022 and is ongoing.
