LevelFive was hired by the AI solutions company, Frntir Ltd, to achieve two primary objectives: Develop a specialized AI-powered project quoting engine and assist with the company's transition to the Google Cloud Platform. Frntir Ltd is known for their creation of "Synths," semi-autonomous AI agents designed to aid small and medium-sized businesses in enhancing their operation functionalities. The task for LevelFive was creating an AI solution for Frntir. This AI needed to analyze customer specifications, regardless of their vague or error-filled nature, and determine the degree to which a supplier could meet these requirements. This AI's determination was expected to be performed by reviewing a vast amount of documentation. The complexity was increased as often this documentation comes in varying formats, with key data embedded around or within images, becoming an Optical Character Recognition (OCR) challenge and a valuable use case for agentic AI.

They developed an AI solution capable of negotiating intelligently and autonomously with a diverse assortment of documents, extracting necessary data even from complex images.
