Leveldesk

Leveldesk was hired by Adventure House, a digital services and development company to transition their operations from a physical office space to a virtual technology solution. Leveldesk's team moved the company's technology and servers and developed a strategy for the staff to work at their physical stations with a cloud-based backup system. They also set up the company's phone system for more effective communication. The project began in April 2019 and is ongoing, with an investment of between $15,000 and $20,000.

In another project, Leveldesk was tasked with managing data for a golf photographer. The company was responsible for the cloud management of the photographer's image bank and addressing various IT issues, including email troubleshooting and website security. Leveldesk ensured the client's business and its digital footprint were well managed and functional. The project involved setting up a NAS/Raid solution for the office that provided fast access to images.

Leveldesk also worked with a small law firm, providing network management services. The company was responsible for maintaining the law firm's software, email and server, data backup, and providing electronic discovery consulting. The goal of the project was to keep the law firm's computer systems running smoothly and securely. The services were provided by Erich Beckmann and his team and were referred to the law firm by a friend.
