Level 12 worked with a CPA firm offering consulting services to insurance companies on a project aimed at a full overhaul of the client's website in 2016. The project's goal was to make the website user-friendly and provide owner/insured login and access to risk management and other information. The firm trusted Level 12 for its reputation in handling similar projects successfully. The project involved initial meetings with a programmer and director of business development, followed by ongoing communication through email.

In another project, Level 12 partnered with a horse racing data and analytics company in need of high-level network programming experience. The project entailed setting up a series of connections to outside vendors, involving APIs and data flow management systems. Level 12 set up the database, infrastructure, and connectivity, and also established the API for accessing the data using Python. The partnership with Level 12, chosen for its Python experience and local presence, began in fall 2016 and continues to date, with an investment exceeding $500,000.

Level 12 was also hired by Airtonomy, a software platform compatible with commercial drone hardware, for DevOps and enterprise software development. The goal was to ensure scalable, secure infrastructure and software development. Level 12 was chosen after a successful word-of-mouth recommendation led to a strategy session with Randy and Nick. The project involved DevOps and software development specific to applied use of sUAS and algorithmic work, predicated on IoT infrastructure. Most of the work was carried out by three team members working cohesively with Airtonomy staff.
