Leniolabs

Leniolabs was hired by a mortgage platform provider to augment their web development team for the creation of their next-generation platform. The decision to engage Leniolabs was influenced by the company's previous experience with them and the desire for timezone overlap with a South American agency. The initial project involved five senior web development UI engineers from Leniolabs to develop a new form generation engine. The company was so impressed with the quality of work and the account management team that they scaled up to around 80 engineers for various projects related to their next-generation applications. Several projects are now live in different stages of development. The recruitment process involved initial discussions with account managers and founders, a cost review, and a trial period. The trial demonstrated that the engineers from Leniolabs were high quality, delivering twice the output compared to their Indian counterparts, making the cost negligible.
