LeftWryte was hired by a footwear company to create a reporting system to monitor KPIs, product trends, and sales channel performance for over 3000 SKUs across six channels. The company lacked a consolidated system for sales and inventory data, which was being fulfilled from two different 3rd party warehouses. Their goal was to create a sales and inventory dashboard with accurate data. LeftWryte was selected based on a referral and began the project by understanding the landscape of the company's systems. They analyzed sample data, set up master data for the products, and used ETL to connect everything to Power BI. The project was spearheaded by the founder of LeftWryte with assistance from one other team member.
