LeftWryte was hired by a footwear company to develop a reporting system. The company, which operates two brands and sells over 3000 SKUs across six sales channels, needed a way to monitor their KPIs, identify product trends, and understand product performance by sales channel. LeftWryte was tasked with creating a sales and inventory dashboard to consolidate data from four different systems. The project involved initial calls to understand the client's systems landscape, studying sample data exports, setting up master data for the products, and connecting everything to Power BI. The client's point of contact was the founder of LeftWryte, but there was another team member who worked on the project. The client was pleased with the outcome of the project, as it provided a simple and accurate way to monitor their sales and inventory.
