Leaware was hired by Smart Coop Austria, a non-profit organization aiming to improve working conditions for freelancers, creatives, and artists. The company sought Leaware's expertise in developing a comprehensive CRM system. The project involved a team of 6-10 Leaware employees who created a one-stop-shop for business administration from order to payroll, a user-friendly client interface, and community network opportunities. Key deliverables included modules for order-to-invoice, expense management, automated payments, client management, user registration, employment management, budget overviews, document and data export, and interfaces for exchange rates and payroll.

For Smart Coop Germany, a cooperative for freelancers and collectives, Leaware developed an online portal called the Smart Portal. This project aimed to provide social, administrative, and financial security for the cooperative's members. Leaware was chosen for their competitive pricing, great culture fit, and value for cost. The scope of work involved the development of various functions such as order management, client management, automated invoicing, expense management, direct payments, travel expenses, budget management, employment management, and a member community area.

ClientCom, a company offering a smart voicemail app for professionals, engaged Leaware to design and build their first product. The project involved designing a smart voicemail app for Android and iPhone, back-end development, and integration with an omnichannel cloud platform-as-a-service. This project was executed by a team of 6-10 Leaware employees. Leaware was chosen for their great culture fit, company values, and referral.
