Learning Curve Consultants was hired by Alera Group, a national insurance and financial services company, to facilitate their transition from a pre-existing marketing automation platform to Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The goal was to seamlessly migrate all existing data and content while improving data management and processes. Learning Curve Consultants was recommended by a Salesforce Account Executive. The project included managing complex data from multiple instances of Sales Cloud and non-Salesforce CRMs, setting up MC Connect, and developing new solutions such as dynamic templates and journeys. The Learning Curve team consisted of a Project Manager, Marketing Cloud Consultant, and Success Manager, with additional resources from their Sales Cloud team as needed. The Alera Group team led in-house training, content creation, and provided feedback on organizational structure and data management. The collaboration resulted in a successful transition to the new platform, with new capabilities and improved data processes.
