Learning Curve Consultants completed a significant project for Alera Group, which involved transitioning the company's marketing automation platform to Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The primary objective was a smooth transition while optimizing data and processes to leverage the new system's capabilities. Learning Curve Consultants were recommended by the Salesforce Account Executive and took responsibility for setting up MC Connect, integrating data from various Sales Cloud and Financial Service Cloud instances. Their team also developed new solutions such as dynamic templates and journeys. The project team included a Project Manager, Marketing Cloud Consultant, and Success Manager from Learning Curve, with occasional contributions from their Sales Cloud team. Alera Group's in-house team led the training and content creation aspects, and provided feedback on the organizational structure from a content and data model perspective. The project successfully migrated all data and mandatory content from the previous system to Marketing Cloud, re-trained in-house marketers, and set up data connections using MC Connect. The collaboration between Learning Curve Consultants and Alera Group resulted in an improved marketing automation platform that better served the company's complex data model and needs.
