Leapstone Paths was hired by Tanger Med Zones (TMZ), an operational vehicle in the development of Industrial Platforms in northern Morocco, to perform a diagnostic and audit of the company's maintenance management system. The aim was to implement and develop an efficient system of maintenance that had not been previously established. Leapstone Paths was selected for their technical skills and cost estimate after a request for proposals. The project was divided into two phases, with the first phase involving a diagnosis and description of the existing maintenance management system and the presentation of key strategies for implementing a new system. The second phase provided operational support for the implementation of the recommendations from the first phase. The project was a collaboration with Mr. Hicham, the main manager of Leapstone Paths.
