The previous systems administrator had been using a break/fix business model, leading to frequent downtime and increased costs. Leapfrog Services was tasked with stabilizing the hardware and network infrastructure, as well as the budget. They moved all the websites from physical servers to their own private cloud-based servers. They also transitioned all workstations into a domain-based environment, enabling remote support and management. Additionally, they implemented a wireless network in the building. The client has invested over $200,000 so far, which includes onboarding services, special projects, hardware, and monthly subscription fees for private cloud services, user support, and hardware support. The collaboration, which started in January 2016, is still ongoing.
