Leanware

Leanware was hired by an AI-powered fitness assistant firm to build a mobile application MVP. The project included discovery and consulting, conversational AI engine development, cross-platform AI mobile app development, AI-powered feature implementation, backend infrastructure setup, and UX/UI design focus areas. Leanware's team of 2-5 employees successfully translated the firm's fitness and wellness goals into technical requirements, integrated a LLM model specifically tailored for fitness conversations, and developed AI-powered experiences across iOS and Android platforms. The result was an engaging, user-friendly, and intelligent fitness platform that launched across different app stores.

Leanware was engaged by a transportation company to provide consistent development resources. The project involved front- and backend development, DevOps, AI development, and GIS-related development. Leanware's team member delivered user interfaces for the web application, designed and developed server applications to process data, streamlined the CI/CD flow, and provided useful insights on how to leverage AI. The engagement, which started in June 2025, is still ongoing, indicating the company's satisfaction with Leanware's services.

Leanware was contracted by Reachr, a business development platform, to develop a fully functional email outreach sequencing feature. Working with 2-5 teammates from Leanware, the CTO of Reachr was able to build the feature according to the specified designs, both on the front and backend.
