Lean Tech

Lean Tech was hired by Loadsure, an insurance tech firm, to provide development and engineering recruitment services. The project involved defining the required roles, recruiting suitable candidates, handling the initial screening and interviews, and onboarding the selected individuals. Lean Tech also provided necessary resources such as laptops and other equipment. The recruited employees assisted in the development of a web-based platform for transactional cargo insurance. The engagement, which started in October 2020, is still ongoing and has seen an investment of between $600,000–$700,000.

For Trinet Global Logistics, Lean Tech developed and managed a team to build and maintain a customer communication platform. The platform, which offers features such as rates and tracking, was built to improve communication between the customer and the operator. The team consisted of six developers, a product manager, a scrum master, a business analyst, and a quality analyst. The work on the initial scope is still ongoing, with Lean Tech handling all development-related tasks.

Lean Tech was engaged by a live music ticketing company to augment its IT staff. The company needed more cost-effective and skilled developers to keep pace with customer demand. Lean Tech was selected after evaluating six solution providers based on the quality and screening of candidates, location, and price. The scope of work involved hiring 15 developers to build custom software in .NET, React.js, and Node.js, including a QA team. The project is multi-year, with key deliverables being ongoing.
