The team also provided necessary resources such as laptops for the new hires. Currently, Lean Tech is the employer of record for these resources who are working on developing Loadsure's instant transactional cargo insurance product. The engagement, which started in October 2020, has seen an investment of between $600,000 and $700,000 and is ongoing.

Lean Tech was chosen by Trinet Global Logistics to build and manage a development team for their web application. The team was tasked with creating a customer platform for better communication between the customer and the operator, offering features like rates and tracking. The team comprised of six developers, a product manager, a Scrum Master, a business analyst, and a QA. All development-related tasks were handled by Lean Tech. The work is ongoing with the initial scope of work, but Trinet Global Logistics is confident in keeping Lean Tech for future maintenance and development tasks.

Lean Tech was hired by a live music ticketing company to augment its IT staff due to growing demands. After evaluating six solution providers, Lean Tech was chosen for their quality candidate screening, location, and pricing. They provided fifteen developers skilled in .NET, React.js, and Node.js, along with a QA team and a project manager. The key deliverables are ongoing as this is a multi-year project. The company is satisfied with Lean Tech's services and continues to work with them.
