Lean Discovery Group was hired by Glue Up, a cloud solutions provider, to offer an external perspective on a feature they were developing. Their goal was to conduct market research and write a document to assist designers and developers. The Lean Discovery Group team, led by Ethan and Agustina, collaborated with Glue Up to conceptualize, design, and develop key components of a speed networking product. They created wireframes, clickable prototypes in Figma, and product requirement documents to ensure the product was ready for development.
CoFoundersLab, a platform for early-stage founders and entrepreneurs, employed Lean Discovery Group to conduct in-person customer reviews to identify areas of improvement for their platform. The Lean Discovery Group team, led by Ethan, Mohan, and Abena, conducted customer reviews to identify pain points and areas where the platform was underperforming or excelling. They then relayed this feedback to CoFoundersLab's development engineers to improve the platform's UI/UX design. The project started in March 2021 and is ongoing.
Job Trek, an AI interview tool company, contracted Lean Discovery Group to build a minimum viable product (MVP) for their generative AI platform. The Lean Discovery Group team, consisting of 2-5 employees, was selected based on their pricing, culture fit, value for cost, and alignment with company values. They successfully delivered a working product within a Chat GPT agent and two individual generator tools.
