LD Studios has worked on several IT process audits for a compliance firm. They have conducted annual audits for the company's IT consulting firm and software systems. The company operates in a highly regulated environment, guided by FDA regulations concerning software. LD Studios goes through all the necessary forms and probes for additional information when required. They then write a summary report and make recommendations, ensuring HIPAA compliance and 21CFR 11 compliance. The company has been working with LD Studios for a couple of years and the engagement is ongoing.

LD Studios developed a custom ERP for a Lease Origination System for Chrome Capital, the nation's largest lessor of Harley Davidsons. The company required an end-to-end management system from the dealer-specific portal level through the business's core. LD Studios developed the Chrome LOS, a dealer portal backed by value algorithms, a tax module, and a documentation module. The project evolved into a lease asset management system and integrated Salesforce for data distribution. The system was built using Ruby on Rails and has been highly efficient and effective. The partnership began in 2014 and is ongoing.

For the LGBTQ Therapist Resource, a non-profit organization of therapists, LD Studios developed a searchable database. This database enables people to find therapists who are safe and well-trained to work with the LGBT community. The database is searchable by multiple fields such as zip code, specialty, and insurance type. LD Studios also created an additional interface for members to update their profiles independently. The project began in January of the previous year and was completed in January of this year. LD Studios offered their services pro bono.
