Launch Lab

Launch Lab was hired by YouView, a company that builds software for TV discovery and viewing experiences, to provide program management expertise for one of their major programs. The company was already familiar with Launch Lab, and appreciated their culture and values. One employee from Launch Lab was assigned to manage and evolve governance frameworks, manage milestones, dependencies, risks and issues, chair project processes, establish communication structures, track and report on program finance, and create and present program status reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Coveo, a SaaS platform that injects search, recommendations, and personalization solutions into digital experiences, hired Launch Lab to scale quickly, provide flexibility, and offer better costs/price. Launch Lab was referred to Coveo, and was selected due to their pricing fitting Coveo's budget, good value for cost, and trust based on previous experience. Launch Lab provided 2-5 employees who were proficient with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and one resource proficient with React. They supported development and testing, ensured quality code deployment, maximized performance in experiences, and worked to minimize script size.

An ecommerce company specializing in personalization tools at scale for e-commerce companies hired Launch Lab to ramp up capacity in their Professional Services Team. Launch Lab was referred to the company, and was selected due to their pricing fitting the company's budget, great culture fit, good value for cost, and company values alignment. Launch Lab provided 6-10 employees who scaled a full team of integration engineers with QA, integrating them into the company's project delivery infrastructure.
