Launch Lab

Launch Lab was hired by YouView, a software company that powers TV discovery and viewing experiences, to provide program management expertise for one of their biggest programmes - a new set-top box. Launch Lab was selected due to their great cultural fit, aligned company values, and familiarity with YouView's business operating model. One Launch Lab employee was assigned to manage and evolve governance frameworks, manage milestones, chair project processes, establish communication structures, create project and programme plans, track and report on programme finance, and create and present programme status reports.

Coveo, a SaaS platform that injects search, recommendations, and personalization solutions into digital experiences, hired Launch Lab to scale quickly, provide flexibility, and offer better costs. Launch Lab was chosen based on their pricing, value for cost, and trust based on previous experience. They provided Resource Augmentation, with 2-5 employees working on the Client’s Project. The scope of work included proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, support for development and testing, quality code deployment, maximizing performance in experiences, and executing against Qubit platform best practices.

An e-commerce company that specializes in personalization tools at scale for other e-commerce companies hired Launch Lab to ramp up capacity in their Professional Services Team. Launch Lab was selected due to their pricing, great cultural fit, value for cost, and aligned company values. They scaled a full team of integration engineers with QA, integrating them into the company's project delivery infrastructure. This allowed the company to add an additional 25% capacity to their Product integration capability, enabling them to integrate their Product for clients as part of their professional services offering.
