Launch Global was contracted by Worksoft, a software development company specializing in test automation in an SAP environment, with the aim to rebuild their sales and presales organization in EMEA. The scope of work involved recruiting top talent, identifying the right profiles to fit the requirements, detailed candidate assessment, and assisting with onboarding, as Worksoft did not have HR teams directly in Europe. Additionally, Launch Global provided assistance with back-office functions like payroll, employer of record, and tax advice where Worksoft did not have a legal entity set up.
