Lateral Inc. provided development support for Microf, a home financial services company. The firm was looking to cut costs and have a dedicated development group to continue enhancing their custom origination platform. Lateral Inc. worked as an extension of Microf's development team, focusing on software architecture, engineering approaches, and platform design. The platform, which runs on Linux, Apache, and Tomcat servers, was initially an origination platform for dealers to submit rent-to-own leases. However, Lateral Inc. helped transform the product into a lending tree for residential heating and air conditioning replacement. Since the start of their collaboration in November 2014, Microf has invested about $1.5 million with Lateral Inc. The partnership continues with the addition of five new lenders into the platform.

Anjuna, a global airline representation company, partnered with Lateral Inc. for software development solutions. Lateral Inc. built several white-label solutions involving hotel offerings and online travel agencies, utilizing booking engines from large travel distributors. They also provided UX/UI services and marketed solutions using SEO and SEM strategies. One of their projects involved creating cloud-based call center and email integrations to be provided worldwide. Anjuna has invested around $200,000-$250,000 on 6-7 projects with Lateral Inc. since they started working together in March 2016. The partnership is ongoing with current work involving AI technologies for the travel industry.

Lateral Inc. was hired by Kahla, a women's health app, to develop the product architecture, an iOS application using React Native, and integrate hardware connection with the app. The team, consisting of 2-5 employees, built the Kahla product from the ground up. This included branding, end-to-end product UI with visual prototype, tech discovery with prototype to prove data acquisition for the connection with CGM Technology Architecture, and an iOS app with features like tracking, reporting, scanning, and gathering CGM data. The selection of Lateral Inc. was based on high ratings, budget-friendly pricing, great culture fit, good value for cost, and aligned company values.
