Lama Media undertook an e-commerce development project for Aquapark Wrocław, a leading water park in Poland. The company needed a user-friendly website that provided information about its various zones in an attractive manner, along with an online shop for service purchases. Lama Media not only designed and developed the website but also created a platform for selling passes and tickets, seamlessly integrating it with the park's electronic customer service. The project, which began in January 2016 and ended in October the same year, was deemed successful and the website and shopping platform were serviced by Lama Media for two years thereafter.

In another project, Lama Media was engaged by energy solutions provider, Eneria, to create a website and a CRM platform for its sales department. The website was designed and developed from scratch using WordPress, with a focus on user-friendliness and comprehensive business information. The CRM solution was a dedicated platform for the company's international sales team. The partnership, which began around September 2018, is still ongoing, with Lama Media providing maintenance and hosting services. The company has invested between $10,000-$30,000 in this project.

Lama Media was also hired by a professional training company to develop a responsive website. The website was designed to provide an online service for legal licenses for the company's clients, in accordance with government regulations. The project, which had no prior documentation, began with a meeting to discuss the company's needs and the website's desired look. The project plan was then drawn up and executed by a team of five, led by a project manager. The project, which cost approximately $14,000, was carried out from November 2022 to March 2023.
