Lama Media assisted Eneria, the Caterpillar representative in Poland, in web and CRM development. The project commenced in September 2018 and is still ongoing. The scope involved the creation of a user-friendly website with comprehensive information about the business and a dedicated CRM platform for the international sales department. The project also included maintenance and hosting services. The team was composed of four individuals, including the CEO, a project manager and two subordinates. The client had previously worked with Lama Media and invested between $10,000–$30,000 in the project.

In a second project, Lama Media worked with Aquapark Wrocław, Poland's leading water park, to develop an e-commerce platform. The project, which ran from January to October 2016, included the design and development of a user-friendly website and an online shop for passes and tickets. Lama Media worked closely with the client's creative team to ensure the visual concepts matched the client's vision. Despite the challenges of integrating the client's electronic customer service with the new platform, Lama Media successfully completed the project.
