LAI Live

LAI Live was hired by the National Education Association (NEA) to assist with the transition from in-person to virtual meetings and conferences due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The company provided a virtual event hosting platform for an awards show, which was previously held as an in-person dinner banquet. LAI Live also provided video production and editing for the event's various speakers, as well as strategic counsel on how to hold an effective virtual event. The NEA invested approximately $90,000 in the project, which ran from April to July 2021.

For a trade association representing the public policy interests of dairy farmers, LAI Live developed a two-day virtual meeting platform to replace a three-day in-person conference. The company built a customized web portal that allowed for live and pre-recorded presentations, sponsor areas, and attendee interaction. The project, which started in August 2020 and concluded in October, cost the association $75,000.

The US Dairy Export Council enlisted the services of LAI Live to facilitate their transition from in-person to online meetings. LAI Live created a digital environment tailored to the council's specifications and requirements, which included a third-party voting system for conducting and casting votes online. The company also provided metrics, key deadlines, and speaker practice sessions. The council invested between $70,000 and $80,000 in the project, which ran from August to October 2020.
