Lab3 Apps

Lab3 Apps was hired by WilliamsWarn NZ Ltd, a brewing hardware and ingredients manufacturer, to design and build a mobile app for recipe development. The app was designed to be user-friendly and to provide an easy understanding of beer analysis including ABV, colour, and bitterness. Lab3 Apps was chosen because of their existing relationship with a university student who had previously worked on the project. The app was successfully built and tested, with minor changes made as necessary. The client was satisfied with the work done by Lab3 Apps, particularly appreciating the design and layout of the app which mirrored their website.

Lab3 Apps was contracted by Reactar Labs, an AR product development company, to assist in the technical scoping, initial development, and ongoing support for their homeAR platform. The aim of the project was to transform the buying experience for new construction. Lab3 Apps' involvement ranged from app development to backend support and database management. The engagement, which began in November 2018, is ongoing and has involved an investment of approximately $103,000–$172,000 USD. Lab3 Apps' work has been integral to the realization of Reactar Labs' vision for homeAR.

A literacy training and resource firm engaged Lab3 Apps for mobile app development. The project involved creating an alphabet app, a task that two previous companies had failed to accomplish. Lab3 Apps was responsible for all technical aspects of creating the app. The team, led by Edward and Nick, was selected based on the company's positive impression of Lab3 Apps' website. The project was completed successfully, and the client plans to work with Lab3 Apps again in the future for another project.
