Lab 916

Lab 916 was hired by a UK-based consultancy firm to set up an Amazon US store and a Shopify store for their unique product, 'The Lineage Timeline: 8000 years of African and European History on a single scroll'. The firm sought Lab 916's expertise in navigating the complexities of state and federal laws relating to product fulfilment and tax, as well as handling all logistics and sales of goods based in the USA. The project also involved creating and implementing advertising campaigns on various platforms including Facebook, Google, and Instagram, and providing backend development and after-sales support. Lab 916 was chosen for their ability to clearly outline fulfilment options and their excellent communication skills.

The project scope included setting up the US-facing Amazon store from scratch, handling all shipping and logistics for the custom product, setting up the Shopify store, and executing advertising campaigns.
