The company was responsible for the development, design, and occasional redesign of the website using WordPress as the CMS. The client provided the content and ideas, while Kwok Design selected the images and handled any updates or blog posts. They also managed the client's social media platforms, Facebook and Twitter. The client communicated directly with the Creative Director, Jeanette, throughout the project which spanned from 2003 to 2016. The client invested approximately $10,000 in this project and was particularly impressed by Kwok Design's responsiveness. However, they eventually transitioned to a local operation that had a ready-made platform for working with physicians, as it was more cost-effective.
