Kroon

Kroon was hired by a telecommunications company, VIP Mobile within the A1 Telekom Austria Group, to redesign their digital touchpoints. The company wanted to create a consistent look and feel across their digital platforms. Kroon's team of five, including two UI and UX designers, two senior frontend developers, and a project manager, worked in an agile form, creating mock-ups and going into the detail and design portion. Once the design was approved, it was sent to the developers. The project ran from December 2019 to July 2020 and cost less than $100,000 Euros. The client praised Kroon for their fresh ideas, thorough research, professionalism, and great communication.

Kroon was contracted by a real estate asset management group to design a customer engagement app with a desktop interface for internal use. The goal was to create a user-friendly app that would increase customer engagement. The project began with a series of meetings to explain the complex requirements to Kroon's team. The desktop version development was prioritized and went through several iterations before proceeding to the mobile app design. The client appreciated Kroon's responsiveness and understanding of the project.

Air Serbia, the national airline of the Republic of Serbia, engaged Kroon to improve the user experience and create a fresh digital visual identity for their mobile app. The project involved redesigning the current version of the app and designing new upcoming features. Kroon synthesized a large amount of customer feedback and research into easy-to-understand customer journeys and personas. The project was split into phases covering different user flows, and clickable prototypes were tested with real users. The client commended Kroon for their good design process and their ability to quickly onboard to the industry and organization.
