Kroon

Kroon was hired by Air Serbia, the national airline of Serbia, to improve the user experience and create a fresh digital visual identity for their mobile app. The project involved redesigning the current version of the app and designing new features such as booking flow, destination pages, shares and referrals, notification center, and complaints. Air Serbia shared all relevant research, customer feedback, and analytics with Kroon, who synthesized this information into easy-to-understand customer journeys and personas. The project was split into phases covering different user flows, keeping in mind the roadmap, development requirements, and technical dependencies. The project was managed by a lead designer, a senior designer, and a project manager from Kroon, with additional contributors as needed.

Kroon was hired by a Serbian telecommunications company, VIP Mobile, to redesign their digital touchpoints, including their website, webshop, and mobile applications. The project involved working in an agile form, conducting workshops to define the scope, creating mock-ups, and then proceeding to the detail and design portion. The goal was to create a lot of components that can be reused in different resolutions and to have responsive behavior on any digital touchpoint. The project was managed by two UI and UX designers, two senior frontend developers, and a project manager from Kroon. The project started in December 2019 and ended in July 2020.

Kroon was hired by a real estate asset management group to design the UX/UI for their customer engagement app, which included a desktop interface for internal use. The goal was to create a sleek, user-friendly app that would increase the engagement of their customers. The project involved a series of meetings to explain the complex requirements, prioritizing the desktop version development, and then proceeding to the mobile app design. The project was managed by a lead designer from Kroon who coordinated with both UX and UI resources.
