Kovix

Kovix completed a project for Smart Warehousing, a US-based warehousing and fulfillment services company. They redesigned and developed Smart Warehousing's proprietary warehouse management system and a mobile app. Using Postgres, Node.js, Angular 6, and other APIs, Kovix built a system that supports lot, serialization, and other inventory-related information. The system caters to a wide variety of customers, each with unique business models, workflows, and order requirements. Additionally, Kovix developed an app to visualize the supply chain and orders, making inventory information accessible internally and to customers. The project began in May 2018 and was expected to conclude in July 2019.

For a retail store with a general distribution center, four regional centers, and 110 stores, Kovix developed a warehouse management system. The project was divided into four six-monthly stages: collection of third-party products, fulfillment of company products from a warehouse, WMS functionalities, and expanded distribution center functionalities. The team from Kovix included a project manager, three full stack developers, an industrial engineer, a QA tester, and a DevOps engineer. The retail store chose Kovix for their experience in similar developments and their use of technologies and methodologies that matched the store's.

For a health management company, Kovix was hired to build a platform from the ground up. The company chose Kovix after interviewing and vetting five different companies, as they were highly recommended by another customer. The deciding factor was Kovix's technical capacity and their approach to working as an extension of the client's team.
