Konekta

Konekta was hired by a Southeastern European IT solutions company to implement a custom software for handling online transactions with a specific closed-loop card issued by a major Slovenian customer. The goal was to extend the use of this card beyond its original domain, facilitating its use across various webshops. Konekta was chosen over another vendor due to their cost-effectiveness, timely delivery estimates, and positive past experiences. The project involved the development, configuration, and launch of the new solution, beginning with a comprehensive workshop to understand the specifications of the existing systems. The team from Konekta consisted of a product owner, a frontend developer, and a backend developer, while the client provided two participants. The client was constantly involved in the progress, offering suggestions for improvement and testing the solution. This collaborative approach ensured the successful completion of the project, leading to the widespread use of the closed-loop card across various webshops in Slovenia.
