KONCEPT Ltd. was hired by a food distribution company to provide a business process analysis. The firm worked with the client to first characterize the current situation of the company partners, including their roles, functions, and interpersonal relationships. Based on this, they proposed an action plan to enhance the company's performance through improved partner interactions. The project involved a review of the company's financial and business situation, followed by individual interviews with each partner. This information was then used to structure the current model of operation and interaction between the partners, and to analyze possible future organizational structures and work methods. The managing director of the food distribution company worked directly with the main partner of KONCEPT Ltd.
The ENAC Technical Training Center engaged KONCEPT Ltd. for consulting services. The goal was to train the teaching staff in innovation, covering topics such as the state of the art of innovation, business models, processes, entrepreneurship, and design techniques. The two-day workshop involved reviewing basic concepts and paths from intuition to a product, then from an undertaking to a company, and finally from an entrepreneur to a company owner. The workshop also included practical examples and exercises to enrich learning. The project was led and conducted by Koncept's main consultant.
Armony Sustentable, a recycling and recovery of organic waste company, hired KONCEPT Ltd. for professional consultancy services. The task was to generate a synoptic map showing the company's business, financial, and organizational situation, five months after the appointment of a new manager. The project involved a brief analysis of the business figures obtained by the company in the last three years, followed by a series of meetings with the general manager to map the company's business and operations. The information collected was then converted into various graphs and charts to provide a concise overview of the company's situation. The CEO and area managers of Armony worked directly with the Managing Director of Koncept.
