Highlights from Recent Projects
Komodo Digital was hired by a property development company, Taemar, for a rebranding project. The company was in need of a new website design and launch. Komodo provided a clear process and timeline, developed wireframes, helped with coding, and assisted in developing the tone and copy for the website. The website was built on WordPress, with Komodo continuing to provide ongoing support. The project, which ran from July to October 2015, involved a team of 4-5 members from Komodo, including a project manager and developers. The total investment for the project was between £18,000–20,000 (approximately $22,500–25,000 USD).
StreetStream, a delivery booking platform, hired Komodo Digital to build a complex website that could communicate with a mobile app. The CEO of StreetStream came to Komodo with a detailed plan and some wireframes from a different developer. After several discussions to finalize the scope, Komodo developed a custom website and a corresponding native iOS app connected with an API database, using Node.js as the primary programming language. The project, which started in April 2014 and went live in early February 2015, involved regular communication with two developers from Komodo. The initial build cost about $85,000, with a total investment of around $200,000, including maintenance and additional projects.
