Kogi Mobile was engaged by Latin Hosts, a company that partners with Airbnb properties in Latin America to provide concierge services, to build a proof-of-concept for their business. The initial plan was to develop an application for iOS and Android, however, Kogi Mobile advised that a responsive website would be a more effective test for the concept. The website was designed to notify of a visitor's arrival at the Airbnb property and provide geo-sensing. The project, which began in June 2015, was slowed down at times but is now in its next iteration. The total development cost so far has been $80,000 with the expectation that the total project cost will reach $200,000 with future native app development. The client noted that one of the reasons for choosing Kogi Mobile was their cost to quality ratio.
