Highlights from Recent Projects
Koben Digital was commissioned by a government organization to complete a full website redesign and migration from a legacy CMS to a more flexible, mobile-friendly platform. The project was meant to improve the organization's public website, internal content systems, and live information channels by making them more accessible and user-friendly. The team, composed of 6 to 10 employees, worked on various things, like the UX and UI design, CMS planning, content migration, responsive development, accessibility improvements, and testing. They greatly improved the website by restructuring information architecture, navigation, and user journeys.
The Koben Digital team also took on content audit, restructuring, and migration support. They ensured that the website was responsive to desktop, tablet, and mobile usage. They improved live updates, news, and public information functionality - all meant to improve communication with the public. The team aligned all accessibility improvements with public sector requirements, ensuring the platform was inclusive. Following all these enhancements, the team conducted rigorous QA testing and UAT support, fixing bugs before launch.
The end result was a modern, scalable, and accessible digital platform that greatly improved the organization's ability to communicate with the public and manage content more efficiently. The project was deemed successful and fulfilled the organization's goals of transforming their digital service and accommodating future growth. Koben Digital further provided CMS training, documentation, and post-launch support to ensure continued smooth operation of the new system.
