KMS Technology worked with a real estate SaaS company to identify opportunities in their code base, strengths, and weaknesses in their technology infrastructure and conduct an open source scan of their code base. A team of 2-5 employees from KMS Technology conducted interviews and analyzed information to evaluate the tech stack, infrastructure, security protocols, and open source code base. The key deliverables included summary reports with recommendations and line by line open source code base analysis for use as seller side due diligence.

KMS Technology was hired by an IT Financial Management software company to develop new features in their flagship product, fix defects in a complex codebase, and provide all testing support for their enterprise application. A team of 6-10 employees from KMS Technology developed more than 10 new major features, some based on the company's designs and some which they developed the designs themselves. These features were delivered at high quality in public releases and included full-stack development from the database layer up to the browser and javascript work. KMS also resolved many preexisting defects in the large and complex codebase. They also completed all the testing of the application and developed an automation test framework for these tests.

Birdseye, an AI-powered surveillance firm, partnered with KMS Technology to build out an MVP of its Yard Management System that will monitor the movement of trailers in the yard and dock of a facility, distribution center, or warehouse. KMS Technology augmented the Birdseye engineering team to deliver on roadmap features. This system aimed to provide agility and efficiencies by filling in the visibility gaps and create better business intelligence and transparency in operations capabilities between transportation, yard, and warehouse.
