Klarinet Solutions worked with a nonprofit human services organization to develop and implement a new intranet system. The project began with a discussion of opportunities and has since included the creation of an overall project plan, structure, design, and backend layout. The team, which consisted of a digital workplace consultant, director of business development, and managing partner, primarily used SharePoint for their remote process. The partnership, which started in August 2021, has involved an investment of about $40,000.

In another project, Klarinet Solutions partnered with a property management company to develop their company intranet and improve systems for collaboration and communication. The project began with scoping and timeline development, followed by the creation of the first iteration of the intranet using Microsoft technology. The Klarinet team, which included a project implementation specialist and technical leads, continues to add functionality to the intranet while also providing consulting services for new projects. The company invested approximately $30,000 in the initial phases and continues to invest $2,000 monthly for managed services.

For Habitat for Humanity Seattle-King & Kittitas Counties, Klarinet Solutions was tasked with building Microsoft Teams and migrating Classic SharePoint to Modern SharePoint. The scope of work included involving key stakeholders in the discovery of their modern workplace needs, implementing the right security measures, and creating a light intranet with high admin efficiency. The team also migrated up to 1.2TB’s of data to the new information architecture within Microsoft Teams and/or SharePoint Online. The project also included training sessions for end users and team owners. Klarinet Solutions was chosen for their high ratings, budget-friendly pricing, and company values alignment.
