KiZAN Technologies

KiZAN Technologies was hired by a global manufacturing enterprise to consolidate their 50+ subsidiaries into one Office 365 environment. The project was complex, involving multiple workloads and standardization in operating securely and efficiently. KiZAN's team, which consisted of around thirty members, developed detailed migration plans and runbooks tailored to the client's needs. They also managed identity, security controls, workload separation, data cleaning, and migration. Despite the challenges, KiZAN successfully executed the project, demonstrating their expertise and commitment.

A large restaurant chain engaged KiZAN Technologies for SharePoint and server maintenance. Over the course of nine years, KiZAN has worked on several projects, including infrastructure setup, server building, application installation and maintenance, and the creation of various web pages. They also managed and maintained projects built by outside vendors, such as an internal employee portal. The client has invested between $100,000–$250,000 in their partnership with KiZAN, reflecting their satisfaction with the services provided.

KiZAN Technologies was contracted by an aluminum company, Constellium, to design and amend a scrap application. The project involved adding several features that were initially dropped, enabling the client to fix data errors and improve their product recovery. The client had a team of four from KiZAN, mainly communicating with a development engineer and a project manager. The project, which cost under $30,000, was completed successfully from September to December 2020, showcasing KiZAN's ability to deliver tailored solutions within a set budget and timeline.
