Kivy Software was tasked with creating an order processing app for IDŹCZAK-MEBLE, an international furniture manufacturing company, to manage the growing number of online orders. The app developed by Kivy replaced the manual labor and time-consuming process previously used through a Polish auction portal, Allegro. Kivy Software transferred all product details from Allegro to the new app, and added features such as order tracking, logistics, delivery tracking, a comments section, instant messaging, and a scheduling column. The project began in June 2018 and continues with ongoing work on additional features and improvements.
In another project, Kivy Software was engaged by Lab4Motion Solutions, a company specializing in image and video recognition systems, to help develop the second generation of their cloud system. Kivy Software developed new endpoints for the system within the infrastructure and introduced internal controls for scaling and monitoring the process of tasks. They also redesigned the UX of the company's reporting web service. The front end was built using CSS, HTML, and React while Python and Django were used for the backend. As of July 2018, the system was not yet live as product details and location data were still being transferred into the new database.
