KITRUM

KITRUM was hired by Unbench, a B2B hiring platform, to rebuild and improve their existing prototype. The goal was to make the platform more scalable and comprehensive. KITRUM's team of 6-10 employees designed a modular architecture for Unbench that could handle a growing user base of over 1,000 companies and 26,000+ users. They used React for the frontend, Node.js with Express.js for the backend, and GraphQL for efficient API querying, with MongoDB as the database. The platform, hosted on Amazon Web Services, also had new features like an Automated Matchmaking Engine and Integrated Communication System added.

Elit-Web, a digital marketing agency, collaborated with KITRUM to develop an intelligence CRM for a known pharmacy chain. The KITRUM team was tasked with creating a centralized CRM solution to manage employees, payments, and stock across all pharmacy units. They implemented AI-powered analytics, automated chatbot notifications and reminders, and comprehensive dashboards, improving administrative efficiency and overall satisfaction rates. The CRM was delivered within a few months using a pre-built modular framework.

Acropolium, a custom software development company, hired KITRUM to stabilize their Transportation Management System (TMS), fix deployment failures, optimize AWS infrastructure to reduce operational costs, and integrate the system with HubSpot CRM for real-time data sync. The KITRUM team was responsible for TMS development, resolving critical codebase issues, and optimizing AWS configurations. They also handled the integration of the TMS with HubSpot CRM. The new solution addressed key pain points such as infrastructure cost optimization, real-time syncing of customer and shipping data, and setting up a CI/CD pipeline.
