The company's primary objectives were to understand the basics of Office Online, set up a collaboration platform through teams, and simultaneously train all employees. They proposed a one-day module that was perfectly adapted to the company's needs, helping to align everyone's proficiency in Office Online.

In another project, OSF Flavors Asia engaged Kitameraki to streamline sample tracking, enhance collaboration, and improve decision-making. Kitameraki, selected for their pricing, good value for cost, and company values, assigned 2-5 employees to develop a custom Power Apps solution. The project involved several phases including requirement gathering, mockup agreement, data model design, security and governance setup, data structure implementation, and app development. The end result was a user-friendly app that streamlined sample management and improved operational efficiency.

Kitameraki was also hired by a heavy vehicle dealer to provide Power BI training. The goal was to train the company's employees to understand Power BI and enable them to create their own reports and dashboards.
