Kitameraki was hired by Exera, a leading security company in Myanmar, to create a more data-driven approach to their services. They wished for increased reports, maps, and dashboards that were user-friendly and concise. Kitameraki was selected based on a previous positive collaboration with Exera's Managing Director. The project involved creating a web platform and configuring Tableau software to render reports using captured data. The finished product was a security dashboard accessible to Exera's clients. The project team included a project sponsor, a subject matter expert, a project manager, functional and technical consultants, and a web developer.

Diana Aqua, a company offering functional ingredients and palatability enhancers for aqua feed manufacturers, hired Kitameraki to improve their project management skills. The goal was to better manage their project portfolio and apply new competencies to their projects. Kitameraki was referred by a common contact and provided a mix of formal project management training and hands-on coaching. A consultant/trainer from Kitameraki worked with Diana Aqua.

Leoni Gelato, an Indonesian gelato producer and distributor, employed Kitameraki to implement a collaborative tool and an asset management tool. Kitameraki was introduced by a trusted partner. The project was divided into two milestones. The first involved selecting Microsoft 365 as the collaborative tool and preparing the migration from the old setup to the new platform. The second milestone involved shortlisting and selecting an asset management tool based on Leoni Gelato's feature expectations and budget. The project team consisted of a project sponsor, a project manager, and a subject matter expert.
