Kingbird Solutions was engaged by Newcombin, a company providing AI-driven software development services for startups and SMBs. The collaboration sought to develop robust custom software for various clients. After finding Kingbird Solutions through a referral and establishing cultural and value alignment, a small team of Kingbird Solutions' employees (2-5) was assigned to the project.

The projects executed with Kingbird Solutions were diverse but instrumental in their successful execution and client management. Among the key deliverables, Kingbird Solutions developed an end-to-end platform for university football administration which included processes like hiring, paying, and managing referees. This was a particularly significant project with a duration of one year.

Further projects carried out by Kingbird Solutions included the development of a platform designed to aid wedding planners in offering their services to clients, right from scratch. Another significant project involved the development of a mobile application targeted towards construction companies. This app was designed to train employees and contractors through comprehensive and strict training programs.
