Kinetix Technology Services provided comprehensive IT security management for a nonprofit news outlet. Over the course of their nine-year partnership, Kinetix has managed and secured the outlet's main server and helpdesk, working closely with the client's assistant director of finance. Their services have been valued at over $1 million. The long-term relationship with the news outlet began in February 2012 and continues to this day.

In another project, Kinetix Technology Services offered IT support for an online bookmarking and sharing software company. They managed the bulk of the company's IT needs, including network management, remote support, workstation setups, and more. Specifically, Kinetix successfully rolled out the installation of Jamf to all of the company's Macbooks, a task which they had not undertaken before. The company has been working with Kinetix for many years, relying on their reasonable rates and successful project completion.

Lastly, Kinetix Technology Services was hired by Peak Design, a design company, to assist with their IT Helpdesk, manage on-site servers, and maintain their IT infrastructure. Kinetix implemented a help desk ticketing system through Slack, allowing users to quickly contact them and resolve issues. They also assisted with managing cloud servers (AWS), with their project teams praised for staying on track and accomplishing tasks. The CTO of Peak Design meets with a main account manager from Kinetix on a monthly basis.
